Q: Do you offer a day rate?
A: Yes, our day rate is £200 per day.
Q: Do you offer a 24hr service?
A: No. We operate during office hours 8am to 5pm Mon-Sun (including weekends and bank holidays).
Q: Do you do pricework?
A: Yes we can provide with estimate for a job.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: Handyman:£25 for first hour, £25 for additional hours. Plumbing:£30 per hour fixed rate
Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept cash, cheque, credit and debit cards, PayPal payments or bank transfer.
Q: Do you provide materials?
A: Yes. Most customers use us purely as a labour only service, but we are happy to collect parts for you if required.
Q: What about congestion charge?
A: Where possible we will use public transport to avoid the Congestion Charge. For those jobs where materials or heavy tools are needed, there will be an additional charge of £8 per day.
Q: How big a job can you take on?
A: Usually jobs range from an hour to a day but we also offer services for lardge projects with free estimates.
Q: Do you offer any guarantees?
A: Yes. All of our labour work is guaranteed for twelve months.
Q: Do you have public liability insurance?
A: Yes, We do. We are covered by public liability insurance up to £5m pounds.
Q: I already have a written quote, will you be able to give a better one?
A: Yes,We are willing to try.
Q: If I am not satisfied with work carried out by you?
A: We will come back and put it right to your satisfaction free of charge.
Q: How can a make payment for your services and will you provide an invoice?
A: You can make a payment by cash, cheque, debit or credit card. Invoice will be issued on the completion of work carried out.
Q: Do you work at weekends and bank holidays?
A: Yes,We do and We charge the same rate as during normal working hours.
